Hand Lettering
I liked the title of today's Sunday School lesson and made a hand-lettered sign for it. I wish it had been more curly and complex, but it was what I was able to do without learning anything new ;-)

Jan 2 - baby owl
This pic was done after December was over, but it's the first day in a few I haven't felt like death. The pic is based on a very cute painting, and it has me really wondering what I'm doing wrong with my white charcoal that it doesn't seem to work to create lines.
